Throughout our history we have always employed the best craftspeople in the city, completing many high-end projects that exceed our client’s expectations. Our ability to self-perform key portions of the work allows us to have more control over the project schedule and budget. Our skilled workers receive training above industry standards. We self-perform the following:
Selective Demolition – We perform demolition in many sensitive areas, being mindful of adjacent spaces and occupants.
Concrete – We have the capability to perform a wide range of concrete work
Rough Carpentry – Our carpenters can tackle any structural wood framing and interior carpentry
Finish Carpentry – We specialize in high-end carpentry and interior finish work
Drywall – We can self-perform interior framing and drywall work
Specialties – We skillfully install an assortment of specialty products; if it hangs on a wall, we will install!
Training
OSHA 30 Hour – All of our superintendents have an OSHA 30 hour
OSHA 10 Hour – All of our carpenters have an OSHA 10 hour at a minimum
Infection Prevention – Each employee is trained in infection prevention, completing the 8-hour ICRA certification course
Silica Awareness – All employees have taken the silica awareness training course
Equipment Operating – Many of our employees are certified to operate the various equipment that is commonly used on our projects
