Project Manager
This role is ideal for a self-motivated person who enjoys full project responsibility. This role includes the following responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3 years’ experience as Project Engineer or Manager
- Clear communicator
- Strong leadership characteristics
- Proficiencies in Procore and Bluebeam are preferred
Project Management:
- Project set up
- Purchase Order and Subcontract writing
- CPM Schedule creation
- Submittal review and processing
- Coordination with on-site Superintendent
- Running and documenting project meetings
- Change order pricing and processing
- Schedule compliance
- Project Closeout
Estimating:
- Subcontractor solicitation
- Quantity takeoff
- Detailed cost estimates for self-performed work
- Bid evaluation and comparison

Territory:
- RJ Beischel Building Co. understands the importance of family life. Therefore, our area of concentration is in and around the Cincinnati area. We do not work out of town.
